My Approach
Design with purpose. I combine strategic thinking with a minimalist aesthetic to create digital products that are visually engaging, intuitive, and easy to navigate. My focus is on clarity, accessibility, and seamless interactions.

I start by listening. Just as I learned to anticipate passenger needs as a Cabin Manager, I use research and empathy maps to understand the real pain points of users.
Define and Ideate
I translate insights into clear goals. Using wireframes and user flows, I map out logical paths that simplify complex digital journeys.

Visual Design and Prototyping
This is where ideas take shape in Figma. I focus on clean aesthetics—like my Peach & Brown palette—ensuring the interface is not only beautiful but accessible.

Test and Iterate
Design is never finished. I test my prototypes and refine them based on feedback, always aiming for that 'smooth landing' in user experience.

Brainstorming sessions in order to take their needs and company goals into account. Define the scope and objectives of the project and lays a fundamental foundation for everything that comes after.
Develop
Define the user experience, test and evaluate design concepts, and analyze how your designs will inform behavior and effect the experience of the user.

Gather additional information about the ideal client, market opportunities and design sprint. Getting direct feedback from users themselves through user surveys and field activities.

Determine design patterns, elements of template pages, different framework options, and work with developers to test design functionality.
